I'm back and have a lot of catching up to do!

Sorry if you have missed me the past couple of months!! You can also stay up-to-date in real time on my social media accounts Nashville Socialite on Facebook and Instagram! CMA fest just took over downtown and it was quite an adventure. I had the BEST BRUNCH Nashville has to offer at the Southern located downtown close to the Symphony. http://thesouthernnashville.com/ We had a party of 8 without reservations and were seated very quickly. The decor and music is very appealing. The Biscuits are to die for make sure you do not skip out. I had tastes of the crab cake salad and the steak and eggs benedict. Both superb! Try the blood orange mimosa. Or if you like spicy the bloody mary!

Most of the bars and restaurants were packed and had long waits for CMA fest. A few other places we went were the new Piranhas (used to be jazz and jokes). The stage and restaurant is nice. It is not dark and smoky like the old location on 2nd avenue. Taco Company is good during the day and has the best $5 frozen Margarita!

Piranhas Club Sandwich

Swinging Door downtown is a awesome place to catch live music and great food/drinks. Have Dana set you up with her famous frozen Dana drink and try out the southwest egg rolls. ( they also give a local/music industry discount of you ask)

A couple of cool venues are aVenue and the 2nd floor of Whiskey Bent. Both have a lot of hardwood and private entrances! Great place for a wedding or party! In our case fan club parties.

Check them all out!!!!
