My Weekend Entertainment = Randy Rogers Band, Tennessee Crafts Fall Fair, and Musicians Corner

Wade Bowen and the
 Randy Rogers Band

What am amazing weekend to be outside and take in the Nashville Sites! The weather could not have been more perfect. I kicked off the weekend catching two great artists at the historic Ryman Auditorium courtesy of 98.9 WSIX Nashville. Waco, Texas native Wade Bowen  http://www.wadebowen.com/  kicked off the show with a bang. Then did a duet with Randy Rogers pictured below.

The Randy Rogers had the crowd on their feet all night! The show ended with Radney Foster coming on stage with Randy Rogers. Foster also produced and co-wrote a lot on Rogers fifth album Just a Matter of Time.

If you get the opportunity make sure you check out the Four on the Floor Tour.  http://www.randyrogersband.com/tour/

2014 Fall Craft Fair

The Tennessee Fall Craft Fair took place this year at Centennial Park. I t was free and open to the public. There were SO many great vendors, you could find anything! My favorites were the jewelry and the music art but there was something for everyone. Of course you could not get past the fresh kettle corn smell without having a taste or the pumpkin butter tent. http://tennesseecraft.org/events/craft-fairs/2014-fall-craft-fair/?page=index.php

Musicians Corner

Musicians Corner is a nonprofit music program that supports emerging artists, and provides inclusive arts enrichment and educational programming for adults and youth. Musicians Corner currently presents 18 free music events a year in Nashville's Centennial Park in partnership with the City of Nashville and local music industry, showcasing over 500 emerging artists since its inception in 2010, and presenting legends like Emmylou Harris, Vince Gill, The Blind Boys Of Alabama, and Preservation Hall Jazz Band. As part of the Centennial Park Restoration, a permanent home is being built for Musicians Corner, as a cultural meeting place of community engagement that promotes arts education, supports artists, and fosters a love of the arts among adults and children.

Saturday's show was great and convenient. Just a short walk over from the craft fair. They have a ton of food trucks, a beer garden, Kidsville with fun activities, dogville perfect your the four legged friends, and of course talented musicians.

This weekend is extra special because there will be Celebrate Nashville Cultural Festival!
http://celebratenashville.org/ along with the entertainment.
